During this two-week workshop, middle school science educators will participate in hands-on activities and lectures and will have the opportunity to engage with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) scientists and engineers. The NIST Summer Institute will equip participating educators with skills to translate NIST research into grade-appropriate classroom activities and content. Selected participants will receive a $2,500 stipend and an additional $2,500 travel and lodging stipend.
